I was really disappointed during my stay. While the hotel itself was clean and my room was comfortable, the service left a lot to be desired. My recent stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming. I booked it expecting a bit of luxury, especially paying over $400, but it felt far from that. The rooms were not only small and dirty but also filled with the noise of outdated air conditioning that barely worked.
